Boris Nikolov is Professor of Finance at the University of Lausanne and holds a Swiss Finance Institute Senior Chair. His research focuses on corporate governance, capital structure and financing decisions, and currently on how product life cycles shape corporate policies, firm valuation and industry structure.

A regular speaker at major conferences, he has published his research in leading finance journals.
